I never blamed you

old art from younger days, only escaped deletion because i wanted to preserve at least a few of the old pieces despite their clear age



original description:

The dusky brown she-cat shivered with cold as she huddled up against the rockface. From this spot in the hollow she could see the stars... As she gazed upon them, she found her mouth moving.  The words came without thought; "I'm so sorry, Longtail. I'm so sorry for what I've caused..."

Almost instantly, a patch of stars swirled down to land gracefully beside her. Mousefur blinked, awestruck, as the little spots of light slowly gave way to show the form of a StarClan cat.

"I never blamed you, Mousefur."

And in that one embrace, she found all of her worries vanishing.
